How long will it take for my order to ship?

Our "ready to ship" items will ship within a week-
Made to order products will ship within 2-3 weeks-
Custom orders can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months-

Things to consider before ordering :

If you have a deadline or special date that you need to receive your items for, please do not forget to mention this in your order notes! Even if the processing times align, we all  know that life happens, and I just want to be 100% sure you receive your items in plenty of time. 

I do not start working on any items until they are fully paid, or in the case of custom orders, until the initial deposit has been made.

You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your item is being prepared for shipping. The tracking number may not update for a day or two afterwards, when it actually reaches the post office. If you do not see your tracking email by the time you are expecting it, please check the promotions tab in your inbox, or your spam folder.

We STRONGLY RECOMMEND upgrading to priority mail service. This service is faster and includes insurance that can be added to insure up to $5000.

Great customer service, raving reviews & repeat buyers are essential to the livelihood of our business.
If you have any problems with your order at all, please let us know as soon as possible after receiving your order.
We cannot allow returns or exchanges on custom orders or anything that has been personalized, however we may be able to work out a partial store credit, depending on the situation & condition of the item. Contact us immediately and we will make it right to the best of our ability.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, even if your order included free shipping.
We are not responsible for any items lost in the mail, however, we may be able to file an insurance claim to the service provider on your behalf. Please contact us for more information in this case.
