How long will it take my order to ship?

Ready to ship items will ship within a couple days..

Made to order products will ship within 2 weeks..

Custom orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months..!

Things to keep in mind before ordering :

If you have a deadline or special date you need to receive your items, I am usually able to accommodate, as long as you let me know as soon as you place your order. 

I do not start working on orders until they are paid, or in the case of custom orders, the deposit for materials has been made.

You will get an email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your item ships. If you do not see this at first, please check the promotions tab in your email, or spam folder.

What is your refund policy?

Above all, we want you to be pleased with your purchase!

Having great customer service, raving reviews & recommendations are essential to the livelyhood of our business.

If you have any problems with your order, please let us know as soon as possible after receiving your order.

We cannot allow returns on custom orders, however we may be able to work out an exchange, depending on the situation & condition of the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, even if your order included free shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We STRONGLY RECOMMEND using priority mail service, which includes $100 insurance & can be added to insure up to $5000.

We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
